Simon Cole my adviser from the REST team is the most talented person I have ever met. He kept me motivated with my house search when I was procrastinating. I am a first time home buyer so had lots of questions and he answered the questions intelligently. He spoke to the Seller's agent and got the required information for me. He was literally always available to call me back or to take my calls evenings and weekends. He made sure I was receiving all the proper documentation during various stages of the purchase and reviewed the documents with me. He referred me to an excellent RE agent to work with. They are a perfect team, between them they took care of so many matters for me without worrying me. Looking back without Simon's help I don’t think I could have ever dared to make the move and purchase my first home. Having read about home buying I put it off for several years because it seemed so daunting. He is so talented that he made the process so smooth that it did not even feel as if I was going through all those hurdles. I also want to say that the RE agent has an excellent instinct for picking the right property that suits a buyer's personality. We saw several properties but the first one she insisted I see is what I purchased. I am very happy thanks go to both.
