The REST "Buy Smart" program is designed to assist you to purchase wisely within the time periods specific to you.

The first step in the home find process is to explain to your Personal REST Counselor your home purchase needs and wants. At this point, you should not contact a real estate agent.

Please note: The ADP "agents of choice" have been screened by your personal REST counselor for experience and expertise. If you have an agent that you believe meets these requirements and you would like him/her to work within our program, ask your personal REST counselor to screen the agent for possible inclusion. You are, of course, free to use any agent you select, whether or not he/she is eligible for the program. You will not be able to participate in the REST Full Service Program if the agent you select does not qualify or participate in the REST "agent of choice" program.
