The purpose of the home sale program is to help you sell your home quickly and at an optimum price. Our real estate services program assists you with the following guidance:

Managed Home-Sale Marketing Program

The first step in the home sale process is working with your Personal REST Counselor to market your home. At this point, you should not contact a real estate broker or list your home.

The Managed Home-Sale Marketing Program has been found to be the most effective when a partnership is created between you, the Personal REST Counselor and the broker. The goal of the program is to allow you to sell your home for the best price given current market conditions.

Your Personal REST Counselor will provide the following services:

• Provide you with a choice of two highly successful real estate agents from real estate companies that have a strong market share.
• Assist you in evaluating which agent would be the best to market your home.
• Develop a market strategy to sell your home.
• Evaluate the market strategy, as well as monitor all feedback, review market conditions and create new selling ideas.
• Review and help you evaluate all purchase offers.
• Monitor the sale until closing.

Please note: The ADP “agents of choice” have been screened by your personal REST counselor for experience and expertise. If you have an agent that you believe meets these requirements and you would like him/her to work within our program, ask your personal REST counselor to screen the agent for possible inclusion. You are, of course, free to use any agent you select, whether or not he/she is eligible for the program. You will not be able to participate in the REST Full Service Program if the agent you select does not qualify or participate in the REST “agent of choice” program.
